A New Life Living Program

A New Life Sober Living is a structured, recovery-focused living environment designed to support men who are serious about rebuilding their lives. Our program provides a safe, accountable space where individuals can strengthen their recovery, develop life skills, and transition into independence with the support they need.

We believe recovery is more than just staying sober — it’s about creating a new way of living. Through structure, routine, and accountability, residents learn how to manage daily responsibilities, build healthy habits, and take ownership of their future. Our homes operate with clear expectations, including participation in recovery meetings, maintaining employment, completing household responsibilities, and working a program of recovery such as AA, NA, CR, or Wellbrity

Services

We offer a range of specialized services tailored to meet your individual needs. Our approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing effective and practical solutions.

Guidance

At A New Life Sober Living, we provide consistent guidance to help residents navigate early recovery and life transitions. Many of the men we serve are starting over — learning how to make healthy decisions, manage responsibilities, and move forward without substances.

Our team walks alongside each resident by helping them set short-term and long-term goals, connect to recovery meetings, find employment, and access community resources. We don’t just tell individuals what to do — we show them how to do it. Through daily interaction, support, and direction, residents gain clarity, structure, and a sense of purpose as they begin rebuilding their lives.

Accountability

Accountability is the foundation of our program. We believe real change happens when individuals take responsibility for their actions, choices, and growth. Our structured environment ensures that every resident is held to clear expectations that support recovery and stability.

Residents are required to attend recovery meetings, maintain employment, complete household responsibilities, follow curfews, and participate in regular check-ins. Random drug screenings are conducted to maintain a safe and sober environment. Our staff provides firm but fair accountability — not to punish, but to help residents build discipline, integrity, and consistency that will carry into everyday life

Self-Confidence

Many individuals entering recovery struggle with low self-worth, shame, and uncertainty about their future. At A New Life Sober Living, we focus on rebuilding self-confidence by helping residents recognize their value and capabilities.

Through structure, achievement, and support, residents begin to see progress — getting a job, maintaining sobriety, completing goals, and contributing to the household. These small wins build confidence over time. We encourage residents to take pride in their growth, learn from mistakes, and develop a belief in themselves that they can live a stable, successful, and meaningful life.

Beyond the ordinary

Professional Services

We provide direct connection to essential service resources for both mental health and substance use recovery, ensuring individuals receive the support they need at every stage of their journey. Our team works closely with trusted community partners to link individuals to counseling, therapy, medication management, detox services, inpatient and outpatient treatment programs, and ongoing recovery support. We help navigate the process—from initial assessment to placement—removing barriers such as lack of information, transportation, or coordination. By meeting individuals where they are and guiding them into the appropriate level of care, we create a pathway toward stability, healing, and long-term recovery.
