Join our mission: Make a difference

At Ranch 41 RCO, we believe in the power of community. Your involvement can change lives, helping individuals overcome challenges like homelessness, addiction, and mental health struggles. Discover how you can contribute to a stronger, more supportive community.

Why your help matters

Wanting to give back to the community is a powerful drive. Helping just one person at a time can prevent relapse, mitigate mental health struggles, and offer a path away from homelessness. Your support provides hope and essential resources, making a tangible difference in someone's journey to stability.

Ways to get involved

There are many ways to support Ranch 41 RCO, big or small. You can offer peer support and mentorship, providing encouragement and sharing your lived experiences to guide individuals through early recovery. This might involve assisting with meetings, accountability check-ins, or simply being a listening ear.

Beyond mentorship

Consider donations of clothing and personal hygiene items. You can help sort, organize, and distribute these essential items, especially interview-ready outfits. Volunteers are also crucial in organizing donation drives or managing inventory. Additionally, you can assist with job readiness and life skills, helping individuals build resumes, practice interviews, and gain confidence for the workforce. Finally, transportation and outreach volunteers help transport individuals to appointments or job interviews, and connect with those in need within the community.
